   doctors note sent to my GP that was voice to text transcribed after my appointment states:

   CJ is current NOT supporting her mother with her diagnosis of bowel cancer on chemotherapy.

   rather than CJ is currently NOW etc etc

   thanks voice to text, just absolutely calling me a terrible daughter to my GP clinic

     @Impossible_PhD i dont know, its his letter to them, so he'd have to send a new letter and if i make a deal out of it then the record will then show imade a deal out of it etc so it might just be better to not focus on it because no one will read it
