@petersuber I think doing the right thing is important, even in the face of bad faith. But I also think that, given the behavior of this judge in the past (and SCOTUS) that the impact of the retractions may be overstated. Perhaps I'm wrong - or too cynical - but it's not immediately obvious to me that even the retractions will dissuade their citation in these cases.
