I've been a yogi for many years, but today I decided to try wall pilates, to see what the weird hype is around it.
At first I laughed at the whole thing, it seemed strange and looked funny, but it actually had my stomach muscles, arms and legs burning. The only thing I wish for is better back exercises, and I am still a bit sceptical. Running and yoga on a mat is still my favourite ways to exercise.
