If your "moderate" position is that it's okay for abusive parents to deny their children health care, you can absolutely go fuck yourself.

If a child wants birth control or puberty blockers or an abortion, and their doctor is willing to prescribe those things, then that is the end of the story.

If a parent tries to stop that child from accessing medicine that a doctor has prescribed for them, then that is, by definition, an abusive parent.
