Do you eat them right out of the pack or boil and strain them to make a drink?

They are amazing in stew as sweetener to balance the savoury, or added last minute in stir fries to add a pop of texture on palate. Both needs to be pre-soaked in water (hot if you want to speed it up). Or you can pre-soak them then drain and add into salads.
Treat it as the sweet counterpart of dried mushrooms, not dried sultanas. They aren't snacks.
