     I watched it while it was still on youtube, its some rambling bullshit collage of conservatism. His dad was a fucking contract worker for the government, for a short while. His failspawn managed to scale a single fence at the nearby base and was hiding next to a building with a single pistol when they arrested him.

     He could end up in a "medical" prison though, which is very similar to an asylum in some parts. He could be schizophrenic, etc.

     Doubtful. The bar for that is set at proving that you had no idea at the time that what you were doing was wrong or illegal in any way. If you act or behave as if it is at any point, you're fucked for insanity defense.

     This one isn't crazy enough for the lifetime pass. This one is probably going to be sent upstream for a year, pumped with drugs and psychiatrically rewired just enough to get that 'competent to stand trial' label. His future is just full of generic federal assfucking good times.
