     I repeatedly typed my address into the search on their website. I called them and asked for fiber, as well as called Comcast and asked for fiber. One day it just showed up.

     I setup monitoring in their site to check my address hourly and then parse the JSON response for fiber
     
     Never did get alerted because their site wasn't updated before they came to my door

     That's amazing. I had an idea I never ended up having to do - use Google Maps API to scape the addresses of all my neighbors in a 5-mile radius. Then hammer the fiber availability check website with all addresses.
