     If you really want a delicacy you should try Italian stuffed artichokes. My grandfather, 100% Italian, taught my grandmother how to do them and she taught me. The heart is the best part.

     I'm getting things in order to sell them. Doing some with just Italian breadcrumbs, garlic, and lemon, and others with Italian sausage and parmesan cheese. Also, if ordered, Italian-style deer sausage with parmesan cheese.
