     @ShaMyouiMo @f0x nintendo does a TON of fucking telemetry on the switch they have a mechanism where if the switch recieves a specific message from nintendo the switch will prevent you from using nintendo online services, thus banning your console from the eshop and all that other shit

     if nintendo spots anything off with any information received by the switch [standard data collection, switch sends a bunch of identifying information about itself to nintendo] they WILL flag your console for a ban and it will be banned
