     @MishaVanMollusq I was just watching a Tasting History where the host mentioned a quote from an Ottoman Turk about his preference for eating with his hands, that boiled down to "I wash my hands and know they're clean. I have no idea where that fork on the table has been."

     Can't argue with that, really.
