     Any company with a HR department is systemically discriminating against you in hiring and promotion simply for being White, and blue collar jobs / factory work don't pay anywhere near as well as they did 40 years ago. With White collar jobs having filters selecting against 'our people' it's no wonder there's less money floating around, and for those that have made it past the filters, it's a huge risk to their families and children for them to stick their neck out funding these sorts of initiatives.

Even if you have a useful ultra-hireable degree, you're unemployable because you're White and now you're saddled with debt you're unable to pay off
