Idk if I ever said this here but I imagine that a lot of bronies moved on to become lolicons.

@Echigo idk what's unfortunate about that, i get vindicated for hating ponyfags 12 years ago by saying that almost all of them became trannies

@Echigo they realized being bronies is too hard so they tried to become pegasisters
they will never be real pegasisters

@Echigo i heard that it went down the shitter later down the line, even though i personally think it was always trash because it's a show for little girls, its not COOL like shows for boys were
i could also blame the fact that it grew to such a phenomenon that tumblr types started getting into it, and if we realize that the same tumblr types are responsible for fnaf, undertale and other communities becoming insufferable we can rule out that 4chan-tumblr war should've resulted in tumblr permamently closing down

@lina Most of the change that happened to the brony community happened after I left. I think it was around the time season 6 or 7 started airing.

@lina The early season of the show we’re just good fun adventures with pastel talking ponies. They have stand out characterizations with the main characters, but to some people they didn’t like the characterization in the last seasons.
For me it likely would’ve taken me longer to be a lolicon if it wasn’t for MLP.

@lina That’s perfectly fine. After all. Not everything can be for everyone.

@lina Oh yeah almost forgot. The show’s creator, Lauren Faust knew perfectly well that there would be a good amount of males watching the show, but she likely didn’t expect how huge it would get. She’s been in the industry for a long time so she knew boys would watch a girly show if it had good characterization, adventure, and action.
