     This is an important point. The use of threats and intimidation of people who are doing their civic duty as a juror is all part of the Mobification of the #GOP. Trump's use of threats as a strategy works.
     The methods of deterrence don't work on him. That is why Glenn Kirschner has continued to push for Pre-trial detention to protect the community and the process.

     @DrJackBrown Business Inside said the remarks were "not entirely out of the ordinary, many judges advise jurors that while they can speak to the media after high-profile trials it may not be in the best interest to do so."
