   @scottwillsey Plus a lot of people are calling for hard forks of Mastodon for those reasons. I can see that happening sooner than later.

     There's a guy who has good points about the fediverse and mastodon specifically and the problems with Eugen but he's also getting angry with some people who seem to be engaging in good faith and just don't understand what he's saying.

     Text is hard, people are going to misunderstand. If you're saying something like “we gotta lose Eugen", expect to have to explain yourself more than once.
