   Watching the unfolding border/immigration policy debate play out and all I'm left with is that these are all deeply unserious people with far too much power given that reality.

   The GOP is blocking legislation that NEVER should have been offered to fascists because it's inhumane appeasement, so Trump can "win" while "liberal" observers who believe in nothing gleefully chant "now who is the party of open borders?"

   Dear World I think you need to build a wall around US b/c we're batshit monsters.

     In Germany, right after they've voted for easier deportation of immigrants, protests against the far right erupted, because behind closed doors, they were now demanding mass deportations, but it got leaked, so guess what? The supposedly leftist Politicians in power congratulate themselfes and pretend they're doing great antifascist work themselfes while in reality, they just caved in to the far right. It's not just the U.S., unfortunately... /o\

     @AnarchoNinaWrites they don't want to solve the border crisis, it's only important during election cycles, neither side is serious or they would spend the money to fix it, rather than increasing the bloated war machine budget
