has gpg --send-keys *ever* worked? I've been using gpg for like twenty years and I feel like every damn time I create a key I end up screaming at it

gpg stopped working because they rely on someone's OCaml PhD thesis project and literally everyone is terrified to touch the codebase because it's so goddamn weird, I remember this from suricasa's Cursed Computer Iceberg page

@aphyr Are there even good keyservers anymore? Haven't kept up, but I remember there was an attack that was supposed to be impossible to mitigate or avoid.
