   I'm not sure if you're supposed to admit this but I, a manager, am having a difficult time managing people. They definitely did not teach this bit in school. 🥲

     @agasramirez It's good to admit it, a great first step in learning. ^_^ No shame on it, way better than those who pretends they have the skills when it's obvious they don't.

     Yes, sadly, they don't teach it in school, not even in the K-12 system. (Implementing K-12 is just the first step; but they stopped there. /facepalm) Either you have a mentor to look up to, or figure it out as you go. ^_^
