   Tomorrow 1pm CET the International Court of Justice in the Hague will deliver its verdict in South Africa's case against 'israel' for genocidal intent.

   At issue tomorrow not so much whether ‘israel' is in real-time committing an actual genocide, or even whether it has shown genocidal intent. All of that has been documented beyond doubt.

   Rather, the real trial is whether this court, the ICJ itself, is capable of delivering a verdict that acknowledges this truth.

     As Craig Murray already said when reporting from the hearings of South Africa’s case against Israel on genocidal intent two weeks ago:

     “One thing I do know for certain. These two days in the Hague were absolutely crucial for deciding if there is any meaning left in notions of international law and human rights.”
