   I dunno, maybe I'm just getting old, but I can't help thinking if you promise, and charge for, 24 hour Royal Mail guaranteed delivery before 1pm, you probably shouldn't wait for 3 days before sending it using a slow unreliable carrier like Yodel.

     The problem isn't with the royal mail in this case, its that the seller said the item would be sent by RM Next Day SD before 1pm , but they didn't bother to send it for several days and then sent it via the slowest Yodel service possible.

     @botvolution I successfully reclaim the cost of about one in three special delivery parcels. This is not a business set up to succeed.
