   I am not sure when #BlueSky will exit beta, but they do not seem to be in any rush to embrace decentralization soon.

   To be fair, it took several years before #ActivityPub was ready, so I guess we should expect #ATProtocol to be finalized in…2026‽ Maybe‽

     @darnell They are in a rush, and it is coming soon :) They said "early 2024" recently, so I think they're planning to open up within a couple of months. They're working now on various moderation tooling to be able to handle people coming from independent servers.
