   @weirdwriter You don't have to mark yourself as a “bot” (I'm not sure if it will forcefully unfollow you, since some have a setting to block bots.)

   You can just leave it, and then go back later anytime. ^_^

     Wish Mastodon and forks had a kind of AFK type thing for when people take social media breaks. I will be taking such a break soon, but am unsure if I should move everyone to my updates only secondary account or mark myself as a bot for when I am away. I mean, I'll be blogging, getting ready for book launches and stuff, but I won't be on here very much for a few weeks/a month. #Fediverse #Mastodon
