     Joe Biden took a picture with a woman who wasn't there.

     It was about Congresswoman Deborah Ross, who was not present at the meeting with the President in the state of North Carolina. The head of the United States said he had just stood next to her and asked where she had disappeared to.

     “Where is Deborah? I just had my picture taken with her. She must have left by now”.

     The American leader later recalled that the woman he named was in Washington at that moment.

     “I'm confused”.
