Because annotations have died in January of 2019, this video lost it's english translation on Youtube, I started doing this and by the time I was halfway through I saw there were ENG subs on the nico nico video, so that sucks, but I finished it anyways since I was revising the translation and the grammar.
Since I didn't want to cover the entire text box as that would also cover a lot of the drawings, I just did this weird blur effect, I'm sure it could be made better but I got lazy about it. It's weird and distracting, sorry about that.
Wish I had the files or something without the text, I saw some high quality screenshots around too.
oh well too late
09:50 - Marisa suggests baking cookies so they can draw on them.
21:31 - Marisa wonder what they should draw, Sakuya comes up with the idea of drawing faces, Koakuma does the same and Marisa thus follow them as if she never thought of it before
29:14 - Sakuya shoves her cookie directly into Meiling's mouth. Drawing on the cookie was meaningless as she never got to see it.
Incredible.

From a comment on the older video, can't link it directly for some reason, just search pentamania in the comments:
Daiyousei's line is based on the Japanese traditional play-on-words conversation (ダジャレ[Da-ja-re]).
When one says "隣の家に囲いができたんだって" (My neighbor built a boarding wall around his house), we usually response "へー" as Meirin is doing in the video.
"へー" is just an interjection, but the pronunciation is close to the word "塀(へい[hei])", which means "boarding wall" ( or "fence").
In addition to this, she's replacing the word "家(house)" to "垣根[ka-ki-ne]", and this is also an another word for boarding wall.
06:30
Everytime Sakuya did something that could be considered a "trick" (word used: Tejina 手品) I worded it differently to more fit the scene.
06:45
Apparently this line is what it is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
12:37
Thanks to coldiceEVO I now know what's written on the book: グリモワール (Grimoire).
17:45
Sakuya seem to say something along the lines of "don't form a tag team duo (like in wrestling)", probably implying not to form a duo to take revenge
Idunno man ningoho warakimasen
18:55
To my understanding, It's phrased like a "5 egg set with a surprise egg mixed in", literal word "set" used.
-------------------Special thanks-------------------
Shizumi32 for the original translation, although this one is heavily modified from that. Any grammar or translation mistake is my fault, I'm sure there's some funky stuff in there so wew. But if you catch anything I'd appreciate if you warned me, I'll add an erratum somewhere.

---------Q: What is this and how can I understand it better?---------
Marisa and Alice's Cookie Kiss is a Touhou voice drama uploaded on Nico Nico Douga, February 15th, 2010. It featured several voice actresses, artists and musicians to tell a sweet story about Marisa paying back Alice for her Valentine's gift. It's low quality in acting and story attracted the Manatsu No Yo No Inmu fanbase and then it all snowballed from there. You're better off reading this personal wiki by NamelessRumia, it does a fantastic job at elaborating how it first became notorious and it's subsequent consequences:

Afterwards it is recommended to watch other voice dramas that spawned from the attention this one got, they are listed on NamelessRumia blog and a bunch of earlier more important ones are ordered here in this playlist

Despise it's infamy, or rather, because of it's infamy, it spawned several other voice dramas that are associated with the term "Cookie☆" and it's currently a big subculture on Nico NIco Douga.
Happy 9th birthday to this thing
