     We have a significant percentage of white people who still believe that democracy is only for them, that everyone else deserves to live under the violent control of the state.
     I always think people need more information and better tools for discerning the truth, but anyone who believes in democracy for themselves and fascism for others will believe/pretend to believe any nonsense that props up their belief.
