   @aw oh, well for me I guess it's because I like it when the natural structure of the code is visible, that's why I write my programs in the notation of data structures

   I like trees, and I like making trees look like trees

   but I can't speak for others

     @PaniczGodek @aw graphs are OK but not as nice as trees

     (this is my way of saying I don't like hoisting, and I prefer mutual recursion be handled in an explicit way that makes it obvious that Something Is Up)
