     @Nikolai_Kingsley those ethics boards are total jokes. i've read about them.
     
     they pretty much just prevent medical cures from being made and do nothing to stop "lets just have flies eat beagle's faces off, for funsies" research

     well, we do have "ethics boards" to control sociopaths... it's just that they don't listen. but the machines totally will!
