@Specialist_Being_677 @AndHuman as ive been referenced thought id put in a small two cents about microdosing regarding estrogen.
Generally the issue to consider is what are you wanting to get and not get out of estrogen.
If you're worried about a standard dose of estrogen taking you too far in terms of gender balance the big issue is how you feel about breast development. If you're ok with having breasts then id argue there isnt really much of a case for not following a standard estrogen hrt regimen.
You are in the end always allowing your body to run on one primary hormone or another, there is no stasis. Estrogen is a much weaker hormone than testosterone in terms of transition body changes and so, as a lot of trans girls who choose the "im going to take it until i pass and then come out" path find out, the act of transgressing gender boundaries into being recognised as "woman/female" requires more work. Estrogen alone is enough to pull someone who was amab into a more androgynous area but it is not a freight train to girl town.
