     This is a different view from any I have heard so far. The issue at hand has to do with timing with respect to the case in Judge Chutkan's court. Speaking of timing, the video gets cut off quite abruptly and inexplicably. So, at least it has the advantage of being short; and Andrew Weissmann is always interesting.
