     You will die, there is no escaping g death

     You will get old, there is no way to escape aging

     You will get sick, there is no way to escape illness

     Your actions are your only possession. There is no way to escape the consequences of your actions. Your actions are the ground you walk upon.

     You will experience loss. Everything and everyone you know and love will change, fade away, or die.

     The root of all suffering is grounded in greed, anger, and delusion.
