     Well actually the hamas have real intention of erradicating israel but they dont have the capabilities. Israel on the other hand wants to erradicate hamas but they have the capabilities of erradicating the palastians.

     Will see how it plays out, but they both could face genocide charges to be fair.

     @harkank you should read the South African argument. The Hamas attack is carefully addressed. tl;dr even an attack where atrocities are committed do not excuse a party to the Genocide treaty from their obligations.

     Despite those horrors in Gaza perceived mainly via Al Jazeera & other Arab TV channels available here a qualified yes but not more.

     The initial insane Hamas attack on Israeli civilians, mass rapes,, mutilations " killings of 1,2+ k civilian people out of the blue shall not be left unnoticed.
