     @csharpwords Ooops. On the other hand I turned on the electric blanket too high after an early start to let the dog out the back and didn't wake for far too long after that - lots of mad dreams though.

     I made it into the sea at 7:30 this morning (after yesterday's failure), and it was bloody cold but also bloody brilliant, and set me up nicely for the day. Worth it, as always.
