     I'm not hung up on it, I use it every day. I just don't like it, it doesn't represent my expression of like. I don't thumbs up people ever, but it really does seem kind of passive aggressive in a sense. It's just not a common gesture anymore. Pls fix @alex hearts or stars pls so it's consistent.

     I'm planning to nuke the thumbs up in favor of heart, but I'm a little concerned about backwards compatibility and it would be good if you could still really-extra-like something.

     It's not because I'm a zoomer, I don't infer any intent from it. I just don't like it, it's cringe af. Likes should be hearts or stars, globohomo yellow thumbs up is just gay.

     I personally hate that emoji, like really hate it. I especially hate that it's the like on soapbox, even though the notifications show a heart when someone likes your posts, which is retarded.

     Isn't really-extra-like just a repost? Btw ? is the final solution, red hearts imply stuff. Also what compatibility issues, doesn't the soapbox server just send thumbs up as likes?
