     I see your point and basically agree. #SuckerBerg is a threat similar to #Elmo.
     However, #X is the other example. I would even argue that the special status that #SpaceX endows him with would shield him from "any" #FEC probe.

     @HistoPol If any other company enabled this, it’d be shut down.

     But a platform that slashes moderation and with a history of enabling genocide (Rohingya) and right wing violence, doesn’t belong in civilization. They profit from violent emotion. They curate and promote the content. They should be treated as a publisher.

     They do not belong in civilization unless they can be sued for the content they profit from.
