   Last night on my commute home I decided to let the YT music algorithm pick some girl groups for me. I asked it to start with a song by Nmixx, which was fun, but there were three songs in particular I was bopping along to, thinking about what a good sound they have, only to discover all three of them were from aespa!

   I legitimately don't think I've ever consciously listened to aespa before, but now I think that's gotta change!

   Are any of you MY? Do you have song recommendations for me to check out?

     "Next Level" was used in a car as in Australia. It was bizarre to hear it played so often on regular-person TV when I was living with my Mum last year.

     I also like Better Things, Spicy, Savage, Zoom Zoom, & Drama.

     (My kiddo told me a wild story about how Drama was originally supposed to be a song about climate change. Apparently their label's CEO went slightly nuts, decided to devote their company to fighting climate change. His nephew forcibly took over the company to stop him.)
