   I’m not at my best today, feeling discouraged.
   All the positivity of New Years day seems to have been washed away by all this rain.
   I forgot to take into account my SAD I think.
   I may turn off the internet & go dark for a day or 300.

     Good morning, Tim. 🫂
     Seasons change and so does the weather. Soon, there will be sunshine again.
     IDK if you are into wellness, but today sounds like a perfect day for some sauna, steem bath, or something like an indoor swimming pool if you are into that.
     Take care and maybe listen to some nice music in the meantime. Shows like the Big Bang Theory are also a mood changer.
