     @selzero It's not a binary choice. Neither is real. Reality is a mixed economy. In my opinion the words capitalism and socialism only obfuscate. The issue is the strength and legitimacy of the Democratic political sphere, not banter about extreme ideal economic models.

     1/ To clarify, absolutely no one reasonable in 2023 is against entrepreneurship and enterprise.

     The issue is, what even is the point of economics. It is supposed to be to serve humanity, we should be able to agree on that.

     This over emphasis on markets leads us to a place where the goal of the economy is yet bigger economy, trampling on humans and things like the environment in the process.

     You cant say you are a member of a group that is defined by its ideology and then say you dont support any ideology.

     Thats like me saying "I am a christian but I dont support any particular religion".
