     @philcolbourn doesn't this apply to every industry? It's not like there is much competition in the train manufacturing industry anyway, so this kind of behaviour seems unnecessary.

     @ned they coded that train will stop after 1 Mkm.
     it would also not move if not in service for 21 days in certain locations: other maintenance yards.
