   @ginclear @IceCubeSoup you likely don't need the password *to connect*, that's for registering with NickServ which you do *after* you connect, whether manually or with a trigger. try just connecting without registering first. also make sure your TLS settings match the port you're using

     Thanks for all the troll room (irc client) suggestions from @IceCubeSoup

     I'm a Luddite and can't figure out how to configure the client to work with troll room. I got the server, port, user name and pw set but still can't connect. Any suggestions?
