   How regularly do judges hand down heavier sentences to white men simply to 'make an example out of them,' when compared to swarthoid defendants of any ethnicity? Percentage-wise?
   
   I know it's pretty obvious for murder and the like, but what about petty shit?

     I don't practice criminal law, so I can't say. That's a completely foreign world to me. I stick to the civil side of life.
