     @keirFox Ten years ago we had free services popping up every day; you'd sign up for them because, why not? Free storage! Redundancy!

     Today, I think it's crucial to take a look at every account you have, what data it holds, and decide if you can live without it. Close the account if so.

     It is unreasonable to trust that a company will safely and responsibly handle your data by default. You must assume they will sell it, mine it, or lose it.
