     @rmathew Yeah, without QBasic I would probably not be a developer today. These kinds of languages were great introductions to simple logic, variables, and types. I can't believe how long I hung onto QBasic, though. Being self-taught at that point, I thought that all languages were basically the same. It seems so silly now, looking back.

     @livingcoder @rmathew Yeah, QBasic was foundational for me too. After qbasic I moved on to VB, then ASP, then VB.Net. It was a good run.

     Wish I still had my old .bas files from those early experiments but they got lost in a HDD failure or something.
