     Binge-watching Classic Countdown is an excellent way to spend Xmas night after a couple of full days.

     I've watched 1975 & 1976, and I'm part-way through 1977.

     Bon Scott's glorious arms and furry pelt! Shirley Strachan being adorable and naughty! All those incredibly tight trousers on the men! Molly Meldrum calling John Paul Young "Squeak"! Marcia Hines being a goddess!

     Supernaut's "I Like it Both Ways"! ... and all the other songs where I had no idea what the lyrics meant because I was a child, but huh they were kind of rude weren't they?

     Garth Porter in Sherbet wearing that high-waisted satin bomber jacket! I had a Sherbet fanbook with a picture of Garth Porter in it, and I kept it under my pillow. At one point I *cried* on that picture and I had no idea why. I just had a lot of *feelings*.
