   I mean if I'm being 100% honest no I don't really think it's an accident that fascist conspiracy theorists seize on these tiny grains of reported (and horrifying) truths to spin out ridiculous conspiracy theories that no rational person would believe are true. I can't really prove it, but it sure does seem awful useful for the machine that say talking about the US government doing chemical weapons testing over Canadian cities in the 50-60's sounds a lot like "chemtrails man, chemtrails!"

     End of1890's this was a known quote within leftist circles and nothing ever changed.
