     @b_cavello I had some of my fair share of those especially the lighting, thankfully I got refunds for that.

     Just have to be vigilant on getting stuff.

     @joeo10 experienced two instances of this this week. My family member had blinds to be installed, but when we opened the package, they were broken and missing parts. In a second instance, some holiday lights were missing the plug part to go into the outlet!
