   @ada This is something I also greatly enjoy, especially when the coffee is an espresso. I think I just stumbled on it one day. I had no idea it was a common practice anywhere.

     Serving coffee with a side glass of carbonated water is something I'd like to see take off in Australia! It's common place in Buenos Aires, but I've never seen it at home
