   After Substack's decision to platform Nazis, I deleted my newsletter and my account and made a clean break.

   I'm now publishing my work on tech, economics and humans on a platform I control.

   In a year where I've already lost 30,000 followers by deleting Twitter, this is a tough one.

   Unless my paid subscribers resubscribe, I'm down $500 ARR and paying $400 in hosting fees.

   But it's worth it to stand by my values.

     @Daojoan Kudos to you. I have lost a lot of influence and money sticking to my guns (40k followers lost on TikTok), but you'll find that you sleep easier at night being true to you

     @Daojoan Amplification: it isn't just giving them a platform, it's monetizing them, and even offering Nazis money to move onto Substack!
