     You really should see a doctor. You could have some sort of bacterial infection.
     
     If you don't have hashimotos, you could take massive doses of iodine, 50mg to 100mg/day. It's as good as antibiotics in most cases.
     
     If you have hashimotos, it will destroy your thyroid.
