A lot of femme presenting trans people report that they are not taken as serious anymore in their jobs or experience the same bad behavioral patterns as cis women, like being talked over or manpeating¹.
Have you noticed something like this? Because I didn't. This can mean several different things (or a combination of them).
I'm just to dull to notice. Or I've only been working in exceptionally great places and teams (which I definitely do now). Or that I'm not I'm not perceived as feminine.
¹) Manpeating is when a woman makes a proposal in a meeting and is not taken serious. Then a man repeats her point and is heard and gets the credit for the great idea.
