@almibe @monoidmusician Yup. One of the things I’m trying to free myself from is having a public/ dir that is tightly coupled with but separated from the dynamic content. From the tool author’s perspective, this makes sense. But from a site author’s perspective, you end up with tightly coupled things scattered all over.

I've seen some generators make a distinction between public resources that just get copied over and resources that are "sources".
