   Some feel good news early!!

   Officer David Harriman responded to a call after a 59-year-old woman accidentally submerged her truck in more than 8 feet of water. The woman was able to escape from the vehicle but her dog remained trapped.

   Harriman, an avid dog lover, removed his gun belt and dove into the water in an effort to rescue the stranded pooch.

   "It's kind of like a family member to most people, and you gotta get it out, if you can," said Harriman.

     @Djeep wise move on officers part. Had he kept his gun on the dog was likely to take the gun and shoot the woman for being stupid.
